Beamster Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized neon signs and lamps
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Approval: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Approval Notification: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at beamsternet@gmail.com with details of the issue.
